Forensic Services provides outpatient and inpatient psychiatric evaluations for pre-trial defendants and post-conviction appellants referred by the circuit courts.  Also provides extended evaluation and comprehensive treatment for non-competent defendants and insanity acquittees.  Civil committees with special security needs may also be admitted to the service for treatment.
